Operations & Hospitality. Ermoni Best M.B.A hails from luxury hospitality and as a Certified Sommelier, has a vast knowledge of Californian and French wines. Building her own legacy distribution platform in Chicago, Ms. Best spearheads the company's hospitality & membership services.

Image & Tone. With an intrinsic eye to detail and campaign design, Elektra Cult leads the image and tone of ONE30M and its portfolio brands with exceptional taste, and flawlessly.
